1. Ceremony to welcome the God of Wealth in the first month of the lunar year.

They burn incense, make wishes, and bring back the statue of the God of Wealth from the ancestral temple to worship it, praying for good luck in the year.

2. Christmas blessing ceremony on March 15th.

March 15th is the birthday of Zhao Gongming, the ancestor god of wealth. The ceremony on this day is one of the important ones in Zhao Gong’s ancestral temple.

3. On the eighth day of June, there will be a ceremony to pray for enlightenment and a ceremony to worship the God of Wealth of Chinese people around the world.

The eighth day of the sixth lunar month is the auspicious day when Zhao Gongming, the ancestor of the God of Wealth, met Taibai Jinxing and Taishang Laojun on the top of Zhaogong Mountain and got the golden whip of the God of Wealth through playing chess and gambling. The Dharma Assembly and the World Chinese God of Wealth Ancestors Seeking Roots and Worship Ceremony inspired Chinese people all over the world to participate. It is the third largest temple fair in China after the Yellow Emperor Mausoleum and Confucius Temple.

4. Winter Solstice Ascension Prayer Ceremony.

The winter solstice is the auspicious day when Zhao Gongming, the ancestor of the God of Wealth, ascended to the Fengshen Terrace to be conferred the title of God of Wealth after cooking and eating thousand-year-old Polygonum multiflorum. This day is also an important puja and temple fair at Zhao Gong’s ancestral temple.

The Zhaogong Ancestral Temple is majestic and solemn, with morning and evening classes, morning bells and evening drums. There are Taoist rituals and folk temple fairs every Saturday and Sunday. The high-level team also organizes rituals for believers such as offering incense, lamps, and treasury, welcoming the God of Wealth, making memorials and submitting petitions, praying for blessings, and warding off disasters and transcending the dead.
